Oggetto: your way out, entire
The way out
is more
organized than
you think.
The all-in Italy relocation service for Americans: Your entire life in Italy, visa, permesso, home, bank, healthcare, arrival, handled by one team and paid in one monthly amount.
What the number carries
Foglio 2 di 8 · Sheet 2 of 8Every competitor sells you a fee and leaves the cost of living unpriced. We answer the only question that matters, what will my life there actually cost each month, with one figure. The rule is simple: Italian paper is included; airplanes and shipping containers are quoted.

Every relocation carries two signatures
Foglio 3 di 8 · Sheet 3 of 8You carry two questions to Italy: will I love the life, and will the paperwork go wrong. We put one name against each.
to come
Firma · signature / the life
Alessandro Michelizzi
Born and raised in Tuscany, at home in the world. Alessandro leads the lifestyle side: our team on the ground finds your street, your light, and where you drink your first espresso as a resident. This side of the house answers the dream.

Firma · signature / the law
Avv. Assunta Fonte
L'Avvocata leads the legal side: a team of lawyers and professionals who carry every page. The visa argued properly, the permesso filed on time, the lease registered, the residency recorded. This side of the house answers the fear.
Tariffa: three addresses, one standard of care
Foglio 4 di 8 · Sheet 4 of 8The service is identical at every tier: both signatures, the full dossier, the portal, the arrival. The only variable is the address.

Vita
Smaller cities, the south, the coast. Outer Florence.
The Italy Italians actually live in.

Centro
Florence, Bologna, Turin. The neighborhoods you pictured.

Prima
Milan, Rome centro storico, prime coastal addresses.
For arrivals without compromise.

Cronologia: the year, as the file records it
Foglio 5 di 8 · Sheet 5 of 8Every relocation follows the same recorded sequence. Dates shift with consulate appointment queues, their processing time (up to 90 days), and the questura; the order does not.
Month twelve is yours to choose
Foglio 6 di 8The twelve-month term is built around the visa, the arrival, the permesso, and the calendar for your first renewal. Then the choice is yours: stay on where you are. Move to a home of your own, with our team handling the search and the paperwork. Or trade Puglia for Piemonte and continue in another of our properties. Residents change their minds. We built for that.
Questions, answered plainly
Foglio 7 di 8 · Sheet 7 of 8What exactly does the monthly number include?
If it involves Italian paper, it is included: visa, permesso, codice fiscale, residency registration, bank account, healthcare enrollment, your registered lease, and your rent. Amounts we pay the Italian state or an insurer on your behalf, such as the annual health-service contribution, government fees and the visa insurance premium, are passed through at cost plus 10%, itemized. If it involves an airplane or a shipping container, we quote it separately: flights, household shipping, pets.
When do payments start?
Your engagement opens with an onboarding payment at signing. The full monthly amount begins at the milestone set in your agreement, typically your consular appointment, so you are not paying for a home in Italy during the months of paperwork before it. The exact schedule is written into your agreement before anything is charged.
Why is $3,500 not in the center of Florence?
Because we publish honest numbers. $3,500 all-in, rent and utilities included, is real in the smaller cities, the south, and the outer neighborhoods of Florence, and it is a beautiful life there. The historic centers cost what they cost; that is what Centro and Prima are for. Every tier receives identical service. You are choosing an address, not a level of care.
What happens at month thirteen?
Whatever you want to happen. Stay on where you are. Move to a place of your own, with our team handling the search and the paperwork. Or relocate to another of our properties, in a new city or a new region, and the arrangement simply continues at the new address. By then you have a year of life in Italy behind you; the next chapter is your call, and every door stays open.
Can you guarantee the visa?
No one can, and you should walk away from anyone who says otherwise. What we do instead: our legal team assesses you honestly before you pay for a package, files only cases we believe in, and tells you plainly if your situation needs a different path or a different year.
How do you solve the landlord problem?
Italian landlords are understandably hesitant to lease to tenants without Italian income or rental history. We stand behind your lease with the landlord, which is why we can have your home secured and registered before your visa interview, not after your arrival. How the lease is structured, and whose name it carries, is set case by case at the assessment to match what your consulate requires, and it is written into your agreement.
Frequently asked questions
FASC. IV · QuestionsWhat exactly does mySoggiorno do?+
We handle your entire move to Italy as one engagement: the visa that fits your situation, the permesso di soggiorno after arrival, your home (rent and utilities are included in your monthly amount), a bank account, healthcare enrollment, and the dozens of small bureaucratic steps in between. One team, one monthly number, no coordinating five different providers. Amounts we pay the Italian state or an insurer on your behalf, such as the annual health-service contribution, government fees and the visa insurance premium, are passed through at cost plus 10%, itemized.
Is rent really included in the monthly price?+
Yes. Your tier sets the housing standard: Vita for smaller cities and the south, Centro for central neighborhoods of major cities, Prima for the finest addresses. We source and negotiate your home, stand behind the lease with the landlord, and register it before your visa interview; you pay one amount to one party every month. How the lease is structured and whose name it carries is set case by case to match what your consulate requires, and written into your agreement.
Which visa will I be on?+
It depends on your situation: income sources, work status, family. Most Americans we assess qualify through the elective residence visa, which requires passive income (pensions, Social Security, dividends, rent) and does not count a salary, or through Italy's digital nomad route for remote earners; some have citizenship or family paths they did not know about. The readiness assessment exists precisely to answer this for you in writing before you commit to anything.
When do payments start?+
Your engagement opens with an onboarding payment at signing. The full monthly amount begins at the milestone set in your agreement, typically your consular appointment, so you are not paying for a home in Italy during the months of paperwork before it. The schedule, and what happens if a consulate says no, are written into your agreement before anything is charged.
What happens in the readiness assessment?+
Forty-five minutes on a video call. We go through your situation: finances, work, family, timeline, and where in Italy fits you. You leave with a written roadmap covering your visa path, your realistic tier, and your timeline. The assessment is free during our opening period.
How long does the whole process take?+
Typically five to nine months from assessment to keys in hand. The calendar is set by your consulate: the wait for an appointment in your jurisdiction, then up to 90 days of processing while it holds your passport. We run the home search and paperwork in parallel so nothing else adds to it, and we tell you not to book flights until the visa is in your passport.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?+
It is for people who can fund Italian life from pensions, investments or remote work and want the move handled properly the first time. It is not for backpacking, house-hacking, or anyone hoping to work illegally on a tourist stay. We tell you honestly in the assessment if the numbers, or the visa rules, do not work for your situation.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?+
Yes, any time from the link in your confirmation email. We ask for one active appointment per household so the calendar stays honest for everyone.
What happens after the assessment?+
If we are a fit, you choose a tier and we begin: document collection, consulate strategy, and the home search for your arrival window. If we are not a fit, you keep the written roadmap and go with our honest read of your options.
